So how does it work?
Cold press juicing is an extraction method, using hydraulic press with a force of thousands of pounds of pressure. Unlike the common centrifugal juicers, which most people have at home, this is something completely different. It is a superior derivation process through which you get 3 to 5 times the amount of minerals and nutrients. More than that, the end product will benefit from a longer shelf life.
The juice obtained using the normal extraction method can only hold its nutrition value for at most 10 minutes, while cold pressed juice can be stored for several days.
